On ebay all day hella cheap son. I'm editing on a PC with adobe premiere CS3 pro. Any of the premiere incarnations seem to be money especially if you're just doing basic editing and stuff. My homie has an old ass version of premiere and it does most everything he needs so what ever one you can get your hands on for cheap/free is the way to go.
